Returns
Exchanges are accepted as long as we are contacted within 7 business days of receiving the item by mail with reasons for the exchange. (i.e. this color isn't quite what I thought, the anklet is a little too big...) Exceptions have been made to this rule due to holidays or if the item was given as a gift for a wedding or birthday.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at aprilove649@yahoo.com
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Custom Orders Items
Due to the uniqueness of personalized designs, custom handmade items cannot be refunded. If you need the item resized, please let us know.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at aprilove649@yahoo.com to request a return shipping label.
Damages
We are not responsible for damage caused by exposure to chemicals (chlorine) or saltwater that can tarnish and even irreparably damage sterling silver and the finish on beads. Damage is not covered resulting from abuse, normal wear, repairs or resizing that was not done by AP Handmade Designs.
Shipping
We are responsible for your lovely new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control, although we do include shipping insurance on all our packages. If your package does not arrive, please contact us through our website with your order number and let us know your package did not arrive. We have to follow the post office guidelines regarding insurance coverage but we will make sure you get a new product or a refund.
Returns:
To return your product, you should contact us for a shipping label.
If you contact us for a shipping label, we will cover the return shipping. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping the item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. On occasion packages have been lost by USPS and having tracking may allow for a claim to be filed to reclaim the money.
